We have been using Ballyhoo for many years, they look after both our websites, carry out monthly marketing and make sure services such as hosting are up to speed. Ballyhoo are one of the friendliest companies we have worked with, easy to communicate with, very professional and understand our ideas and thoughts. Over several years we have been creating a new product range and a new website was always in our plans. When the time finally came around to creating one, we knew Ballyhoo would create something that will stand out from the rest. A specification and concept design was created and moulded around a clean look. We handed it over to Ballyhoo who took all of our crazy ideas in with ease, no idea was impossible. Further into the build, our ideas were progressively improved and more and more clever but simple ideas were implemented, such as the fixed navigation bar. An idea like this makes it a lot easier for the user to find their way around the site. For the CMS, we decided to choose Ballyhoo’s custom control management system over such systems like Joomla. The reason being, it’s so easy to use. We have had past experiences with Joomla but Ballyhoo’s is far easier. I could write so much more regarding the website build but I will leave that to Ballyhoo to describe in more detail. Overall, we are very happy with the work Ballyhoo has created, the website is clean and very easy to use and because of this, we are confident that our new product range will be a success!

Very very happy with the results, you have got everything we wanted spot on. The layout is crisp and fresh, very user friendly, and all the admin side is so much easier to use that anything previous. Ballyhoo was great from start to finish - their quote was competitive and realistic, and particularly good value for money considering the amount of time that was required to answer queries. Ours was a project that involved a whole range of major public sector organisations, who all had significant queries from their own perspective. In addition, the site proved more complex to implement than first envisaged due to technical issues at our end - Anthony was extremely flexible in taking this on board and kept the additional work to a minimum to allow us to come in as close as we could on budget. Childcare Voucher Wales commissioned Anthony to construct a website which provided information to prospective employers, employees and child-carers about the financial benefits of providing, taking or accepting childcare vouchers. The website also provided the facility for ordering vouchers online, providing automated invoices for the employers as email attachments. An administrative area for Childcare Vouchers Wales use only allowed us to generate vouchers on a monthly basis and send automated voucher numbers to the employers and remittance advices to the carers.
