Help, Someone Is Sending Email From My Account!

If you have received a bounced email report or a reply to an email that you didn't send then you may be the victim of what is known as 'spoofing'. Just as you can write a 'return to' address on an envelope, you can specify a 'reply to' email address on an email - this doesn't have to be your own email address. Anyone can do this and it is a technique commonly used by those who send spam communications to veil the true source of unsolicited emails.

If you are a victim of a spoofing attack rest assured that it is unlikely the security of your account has been compromised. Your email address has likely been selected at random to dupe unsuspecting people into opening a spam email.

However, if you are still concerned about the security of your email account, please contact us and we will investigate.
