Clients with support contracts or SLAs receive priority attention over ad-hoc support requests and we guarantee to carry out your requests within a set amount number of hours or we'll carry out the job for free, though we are usually able to make changes for you the same working day.

Preferential Rates

Customers who take out a support and maintenance contract or an SLA benefit from a reduction in our standard hourly rate. Depending on your requirements, contracts can be from as little as one hour per month with no minimum term. We can increase or reduce your time at any point if you need more or less help, or indeed cancel it if you wish.
